摘要
在小班化条件下体育课的教学能充分调动了学生的学习积极性,激发学习潜能,克服体育课中产生的胆怯心理,帮助与提高了学生的体育学习能力。当前素质教育的教育理念就是注重学生的主体地位。本文通过文献资料法、观察法、访问法等为研究方法,在小班化体育课堂教学中和体育锻炼之时胆怯心理表现出的行为现状进行研究和分析,并就教育过程中普遍存在的缺少积极性、自卑心理等情况深入开展研究,发表有关意见和解决方案,进而有效改善教学质量,提高学生在教学过程中的主动性,促进学生的身心健康发展,改善学生的身体条件,从而有效改善体育教学成效。
On the condition of small class teaching, students' enthusiasm can be fully mobilized by teaching, stimulating stu-dent's the learning potential, overcoming the timidity psychology which generated in PE class. It can also help the improvement of students' learning ability. Student-based idea is the core idea of the today's quality education. This thesis is through the ways of literature method, observe method, interview method etc, as the research method, to research and analyze the behavior and current situation of the timidity psychology in the teaching of small class in PE class and the physical exercise. Meanwhile, the problem of students' timidity psychology can be analyzed. To improve students' interesting and physical fitness, overcoming the negative psychology, developing the motor function, the suggestions and opinions are propounded thereby the quality of class teaching is improved.
