我国高等教育资源配置问题分析与对策建议

Problems and Countermeasures of Higher Education Resource Allocation in China

高校扩招近年来已成为不争的事实,然而高等教育资源的短缺问题越来越明显。虽然近年来的高等教育资源总量在渐渐增加,但是在资源总量上仍然不能满足高等教育事业飞速发展的需要。在这种背景下,讨论高等教育资源在不同地区与不同高校之间配置的现状及问题,并且针对该问题应采取何种对策具有非常重要的意义。本文首先介绍了与高等教育资源配置相关的内涵,对相关概念进行了界定,然后针对高等教育资源配置不合理的问题现状,提出了相对应对策与建议。

In recent years,college enrollment has become an indisputable fact,but the shortage of higher education resources is becoming more and more obvious.Although in recent years,the total amount of higher education resources is increasing,but the total amount of resources still can not meet the needs of the rapid development of higher education.Under this background,it is very important to discuss the current situation and problems of higher education resources allocation between different regions and different universities.This paper first introduces the connotation of the allocation of resources for higher education,defines the related concepts,and then puts forward the relative countermeasures and suggestions for the unreasonable allocation of higher education resources.
