联合教研室是学徒制改革的机构保障,是校企合作的平台。本文深入地阐述了联合教研室的功能与机制建设,为学徒制在高职院校中的推行提供了依据。
Joint teaching and research office is the institutional guarantee for the reform of apprentice system,and is a platform for enterprise cooperation.This article elaborates the function and the mechanism construction of the joint teaching and Research Office,which provides the basis for the implementation of the apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges.
