高职院校科研人员的科研绩效评价指标体系研究

在这个多元化时代的不断发展下,社会以及经济发展对我国的科学技术提出了更高要求。高职院校作为以培养技术型人才为主要教学目标的高校,其科研绩效的评价指标体系能够直接反映高校的教学状况以及人才的技能水平,这不仅关系着高职院校的未来发展,也关系着我国科学技术的发展,对此,为了使我国高职院校的科研团队能够得到有效完善,本文针对高职院校科研人员的科研绩效评价指标体系的构建作出相关研究。

With the continuous development of diversified times,the science and technology of China meets with the higher requirements put forward by the social and economic development.The main teaching goal of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate technical talents,the evaluation index system of scientific research performance could directly reflect the teaching status of colleges and skill level of talents,which relates to not only the future development of higher vocational colleges,but also the development of science and technology in China.The paper makes a research on the construction of scientific research performance evaluation index system among scientific research personnel,so as to effectively improve the scientific research team of higher vocational colleges in China.
