基于本科生培养质量生成要素的期中教学检查问题工程化分析模型

Engineering Analysis Method Based on the Factors of Undergraduate Cultivating for Problems of Mid-term Teaching Inspection

期中教学检查是本科生培养过程中一项常态化工作,对提升培养质量具有十分重要的作用。准确把握查什么、找准存在问题、针对问题原因制定得力整改措施,才能切实发挥期中教学检查的作用。本文基于本科生培养质量生成要素,界定了期中教学检查范围,提出了一种针对期中教学检查问题的工程化分析模型。该模型包含找准问题的"多维交汇分析法"和研判问题原因的"层次分析法"等两种分析方法。

Mid-term teaching inspection is a significant part of routine work for undergraduate cultivating,thus playing a key role in improving the cultivating quality.Knowing exactly what to inspect,what to resolve,and then making the feasible action plan for corresponding issues can lead to practical effect of mid-term teaching inspection.On the basis of the key factors of undergraduate cultivating,this paper determines the scope of mid-term teaching inspection,and then establishes an engineering analysis model for the problems of mid-term teaching inspection.This analysis model relates to two analysis methods:one based on multidimensional intersection for finding problems,the other through a hierarchy process for dissecting problems.
