研究生思政工作视角下和谐导学关系建构机制研究

Study on the Mechanism of the Construction of a Harmonious Relationship between Tutor and Students from the Perspective of Postgraduates' Ideological and Political Work

导师在研究生教育过程中具有十分重要的不可替代的作用。建立导师对研究生德育智育并重的和谐导学关系是提高研究生教育质量的重要内容。本文从研究生思政工作的角度,分析了和谐导学关系的基本特征,指出了当前导学关系存在的问题,并以浙江大学化工学院为例,尝试构建和谐导学关系机制,重塑导师德育智育并重的和谐导学关系,将导师育人工作与研究生思政工作有机融合,以期进一步提升研究生思政教育工作实效,进一步提高研究生培养质量。

The tutor plays a very important role in the process of graduate education.A tutor for graduate education and intellectual education harmonious guidance relationship is an important part in improving the quality of postgraduate education.Article from the graduate thought the perspective of political work,analyses the basic characteristics of harmonious relationship between the guidance,and points out the problems existing in the current teaching and learning relationship,and Chemical Engineering Institute; Zhejiang University as an example,trying to build a harmonious relationship between guiding mechanism,pay equal attention to reshape the teacher moral education,intellectual education,harmonious between tutors and,in teaching and educating teachers work and study of students ideological and political work organic fusion,in order to further enhance the graduate student's ideological and political education work effectiveness,further improve the quality of postgraduate education.
