交通肇事罪疑难问题研究

现阶段,随着经济的发展,我国机动车保有量逐年上升,交通事故时有发生。交通事故中一些恶性事故对人民的生命财产安全造成了极大的危害,还对我国交通肇事罪的制定提出了新的要求,所以很有必要对我国交通肇事罪的相关问题进行深入细致的研究。本文从交通肇事罪的简述入手,分析了交通肇事罪的犯罪构成要素,最后阐述了交通肇事罪中的几点疑难问题。

At this stage,with the development of economy,the quantity of motor vehicles in our country is increasing year by year.Traffic accidents in some malignant accidents to people's lives and property safety caused great harm,they put forward new requirements on the crime of causing traffic casualties in our country to develop,so it is necessary to of our country traffic accident crime related issues in-depth and meticulous research.Starting with the traffic accident crime,this article analyzes the elements of the crime of traffic accident crime,and finally expounds some problems in the crime of traffic accident.
