Establishing the Perfect Concept of Crime Management in the Urbanization Process

在当前城镇化进程中,犯罪高发尤其是恶性案件频发的势头尚未得到根本扭转,需转换视角、提升站位,思考如何系统整体应对。从诱因的视角、传统的犯罪控制内卷化等角度看,很有必要树立犯罪治理理念。针对国家治理资源不足导致犯罪治理经常失灵等问题,须从观念、模式和框架构造等方面予以落实犯罪治理。

With the development of the Urbanization process,the high incidence of crime,especially the malignant cases are still rampant.To solve the serious problems,we must transform our perspective,upgrade our view and think about how to respond to the whole situation.It is necessary for us to set up the concept of crime controlling from the perspective of incentives and the traditional involution crime controlling.Because of the lack of national governance resources,crime controlling is often out of order.In order to solve the severe problem,we must change our concept,model and frame construction.
