就业问题一直是国家和社会高度关注的民生问题。但是,自考生的就业问题仍然是一个被冷落的领域,自考毕业生长期处于就业难的困境之中。社会、高校和学生个人是导致自考生就业难的三大主要因素。分析这些因素并提出相应对策,有助于自考毕业生的充分就业。

Employment problem has always been a highly concerned issue of the people's livelihood in the country and society.However,self-taught students employment problem is still a be left out in the cold area,self graduates in long-term employment difficult predicament.Individual society,universities and students is the result of three main factors from the difficult employment.The analysis of these factors and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,full employment to help the self-taught graduates.
