本文梳理了中国近现代学徒制的发展历程,分为近代学徒制以及现代学徒制的发展历程。学徒制是中国最古老的职业教育形式,为中国文明的传承做出了巨大的贡献。每一次社会的变革,都会推动学徒制的变化发展。我们要在学习传统学徒制的基础上,做好现代学徒制的试点工作。

This paper sorts out the development of the modern apprenticeship in China, which is divided into the development of modern apprenticeship and modern apprenticeship. Apprenticeship is the oldest form of Vocational Education in China,which has made great contributions to the inheritance of Chinese civilization. Every social change, will promote the development of changes in the apprenticeship. We must make the experimental work of the modern apprenticeship on the basis of studying the traditional apprenticeship system.
