校企合作“订单班”学生职业素养培养探析——以四川建筑职业技术学院“华西装饰班”为例

随着我国经济结构调整和经济发展速度的放缓,用人单位对毕业生的职业素养提出了更高要求,不少高职院校开展了校企合作,通过"订单班"的方式提高毕业生的综合素质,在此过程中,以怎样的方式对"订单班"学生职业素质进行培养是摆在校企合作双方的一个课题。
