论职业技能鉴定对继续教育的促进作用

On the Promotion of Vocational Skill Identification to Continuing Education

随着国家经济建设的转型和产业升级,社会对人才的要求也提出了更高的要求,一方面要求从业者具有较高的学历,另一方面又要求有一定水平的专业技能。本文针对目前继续教育的现状,1借鉴全日制教育的"双证制",2在继续教育中开展职业技能鉴定,从提高教学质量、促进继续教育改革、扩大办学规模等各方面,做了初步的研究,找出适合我国国情、促进继续教育良性发展的道路。

With the transformation of national economic construction and industrial upgrading, the requirement of the society for talents also put forward higher requirements, hand requires practitioners who have higher education, on the other hand and have a certain level of professional skills. This paper in view of the present situation of the current continuing education and lessons from full-time education 'dual certificate system, continuing education in the development of professional skills identification, in order to improve the teaching quality, continue to promote the education reform,expand the school size, preliminary research, find out a suitable road for China's national conditions, to promote continuing education healthy development.
