校企合作是广大商务英语专业谋求自身发展,实现学校与企业环境资源有效配置的重要路径。只有借助校企合作的模式,才能使商务英语专业人才培养与市场化运作有效结合起来,为企业培养具有较强理论水平和实践能力的应用型人才。基于此,在了解现状基础上,从课程设置、健全机制等方面对商务英语专业校企合作人才培养模式进行了探讨。

School-enterprise cooperation is an important way for the majority of business English majors to seek their own development and to realize the effective allocation of environmental resources of schools and enterprises. Only by means of the mode of school enterprise cooperation, can the business English professional personnel training and market operation be effectively combined, for the enterprise to cultivate a strong theoretical level and practical ability of the application of talent. Based on this, on the basis of understanding of the status quo, from the curriculum, sound mechanism and other aspects of business English professional school enterprise cooperation personnel training mode is discussed.
