地方本科院校数学专业大学生科研能力培养的探索与实践——以广东惠州学院为例

Exploration and Practice on the Cultivation of Scientific Research Ability of Undergraduates Majoring in Mathematics in Local Universities——Take Huizhou University as an example

本文以地方本科院校惠州学院为例,结合该校数学专业办学的若干探索与实践,以及作者自身的教学科研经历,介绍了地方本科院校数学专业大学生科研能力培养的一些有效途径与方法,包括:改进教学方法方式,形成有利于创新能力培养的方式方法体系;以科技创新活动为主要抓手,激励学生研究性学习;建立相应的奖励制度,形成有利于科研能力培养的评价体系与激励机制等等。

This paper takes local undergraduate colleges and universities of Huizhou University as an example, combined with the exploration and practice in the school mathematics teaching, and the author's own teaching and research experience, introduced the cultivation of local undergraduate colleges and universities mathematics professional scientific research ability of college students some effective ways and methods, including: improved teaching methods, the formation is conducive to the cultivation of innovation ability means system; technological innovation activities as the main starting point, motivate students' research learning; establish the corresponding system of reward, is formed for cultivating scientific research ability evaluation system and incentive mechanism and so on.
