Research on the Cultivation Mode of Cross-discipline Graduates in Western Universities

当前西部高校跨专业研究生比例较高。提高跨专业研究生培养质量是西部高校研究生培养面临的一个重要课题。本文根据作者自己实际跨专业研究生培养经验,针对西部高校跨专业研究生培养分别从学生、导师以及学校三个角度开展研究,提出了西部高校跨专业研究生培养解决方案。本文有助于提升西部高校跨专业研究生培养质量,为西部人才培养贡献力量。

At present, the proportion of cross-discipline graduates in western universities is high. It is an important task for western universities to improve the education quality of cross-discipline postgraduates. This paper carried out research from the three aspects of student, teacher and university and proposed the solution to training of cross-discipline graduates, based on the author's own practical experience of graduate training. This paper is helpful to improve the education quality of graduate and make contribution to the training of the talents in in Western China.
