试论学习型社会的人才培养

摘要 "学习型社会"的概念提出于20世纪60年代,正是人类进入后工业社会的时代。社会变化和职业流动急剧化倾向是这一时代背景的重要特征,与此同时,人类知识呈几何倍数猛增,严重挑战着传统的学习观,因而建设学习型社会的目标被提上了日程。"人"是构建学习型社会的核心要素,在学习型社会中人才培养的规格和模式也必将发生变革。 The concept of learning society was being put forward in late 1960 s, when human entered into the post-industrial society. The change of society and occupation tends to be extremely fast, which is the characteristic of the era. In the meanwhile, the quantity of knowledge is multiplied geometrically, challenging the traditional notion about studying greatly. Thus the goal of constructing learning society is being put onto schedule. 'Human' is the core element in the process of realizing learning society, in which the standard and pattern of talent cultivation will also change.
