摘要 教育教学是高校的核心工作,教育好学生培养出人才是核心工作的重心。在高校全人教育应用型人才培养模式下,教学过程中的教学方法既直接影响到学生的学习兴趣,又是提高教学质量和检验课堂教学效果的关键因素之一。学校教学质量高,学生才会主动认真地学习专业课程,才会不断汲取、运用和研究专业知识与技能,才能思考、解决专业课程中遇到的难题并提出具有创新意识的有效方法,达到学以致用之功效。本文从全人教育理念出发,为探析有效输出应用型的实践人才,在加强课堂内教学方法和课堂外实务操作等方面的现状进行分析,并提出合理的改革方向。 Education and teaching is the core work of colleges and universities, and it is the core of the core work to educate the students. In the whole person education applied talents training mode, teaching methods in the teaching process is directly influence to the student interest in learning and improve the teaching quality and test the effect of classroom teaching is one of the key factors. High school teaching quality, students will take an earnest study of professional courses, will continue to learn, study and application of professional knowledge and skills, to think, solve problems encountered in their professional courses and puts forward with the effective method of innovation consciousness and to apply what they have learned. The from the education of the whole person concept of practice of effective output application type talents, to strengthen the status of classroom teaching methods and classroom practice operation were analyzed, and put forward the reasonable direction of the reform.
