摘要 在药物化学理论教学中实施师生角色互换的改革,让学生全程参与教学,在参与备课的过程中自主学习和探索;在参与授课的过程中展现才华和能力。实践结果表明,保证这一教学模式高效运行的关键是教师课前对学生的指导作用:一是学生学习方法和思维方式的指导;二是学生学习质量与效果的及时评价。学生在这种教学模式的运行中可获得全面发展,不仅能收获知识和方法,而且可提升能力和素质。 The implementation of the role exchange between teacher and students in the theory teaching of medicinal chemistry, makes students participate in the entire process of teaching: independent learning and exploring in the process of preparing lessons; showing their talent and ability in the process of teaching. Results show that the key to ensure high efficient running of the teaching mode is the teacher's guidance to students during the preparing lessons: one is the instruction of the students' learning methods and ways of thinking; the second is the timely evaluation for the learning effect and quality of the student.Students can acquire all-round development in the running of this teaching mode, not only gain knowledge and methods, but also improve the ability and quality.
