产学研融合,与企业共建"校中厂"实训基地是提升高职院校服务产业发展能力的有效途径。文章以浙江同济科技职业学院建材检测公司及实际专业课程为例,阐述了"校中厂"实训基地建设的目的意义和必要性,分析了"校中厂"实训基地在课程改革、学生专业技能培养、专业教学团队建设、学生职业核心能力融渗培养以及顶岗就业等方面的多功能平台优势,论述了"校中厂"产学研融合的可行性。
