Reform of Application Oriented Talents Training Mode of Law Major in Independent Colleges

独立学院法学专业人才培养的目标应定位于应用型人才,强调掌握基本的法学理论知识,同时在实践中考察法学专业技能的实用性和操作性。笔者从构建科学合理的新课程体系、创新教学手段方法和强化师资队伍建设三个重要方面提出关于法学专业应用型人才培养模式的合理化改革路径。
