关于我国高校师资建设的思考

现如今,随着时代的飞速进步与社会的快速发展,教育体系也在不断地创新与发展。就我国目前的状况来说,人才的匮乏是相当严重的,很多高校最基本的师资力量得不到保障,故目前最为重要的任务就是加强教育力量,培养大量的综合人才。本文就高校师资力量进行了一些论述,并从进行师资建设的意义、我国高校师资建设的误区和危害以及进行师资建设的措施方法三方面进行了简单的分析,希望可以帮助高校快速高效地建立起强大的师资力量。

Nowadays, with the rapid progress of the times and the rapid development of the society, the education system is constantly innovating and developing. On the present situation of our country, the talent shortage is very serious, many colleges and universities can not guarantee the most basic teachers. Therefore, the most important task is to strengthen the power of education, training a lot of comprehensive talent. Based on the university teachers, and from the significance of the construction of teachers, misunderstanding and harm to the construction of teachers in Universities of our country and construction of teaching methods and measures three aspects, hoping to help colleges and universities to establish the strong teachers' strength quickly and efficiently.
