应用型本科高校基层党建工作评价体系研究

Research on Evaluation System of Basic Level Party Building Work in Applied Undergraduate Colleges

2014年3月教育部明确提出,全国普通本科高等院校1200所学校中,将有600多所逐步向应用技术型大学转变。当前,包括我校在内的一批先行先试的本科院校正处于建设高水平应用技术大学的关键时期,党建工作缺乏科学的评价机制,制约了基层党组织充分发挥其作用,不利于学校的转型提升。开展基层党建工作评价体系研究,把学校基层党组织建设的目标和特色鲜明的应用技术大学建设目标有机结合起来,有助于充分发挥基层党组织对学校深化改革的推动作用。

In March 2014, the Ministry of education made it clear that there will be more than 600 of the 1200 schools in the national general undergraduate colleges and universities, which will be transformed into the application of technological universities gradually. At present, including my school, a number of pilot undergraduate course colleges and universities is in the key period of the construction of high level University of Applied Science and technology, the work of Party building lack of scientific evaluation mechanism, restricts the grassroots organizations to fully play its role, is not conducive to the transformation of school promotion. To carry out grass-roots party construction work in the research on the evaluation system and the target school construction of grass-roots party organizations and the distinctive characteristics of construction of University of Applied Science and technology organically, helps to give full play to the grass-roots party organization of the school's reform impetus.
