摘要
人力资源管理课程是一门比较注重学生实践能力培养的专业基础课,在教学中,工作过程化的特点比较突出,因此探究以工作过程化为导向的人力资源管理课程改革是当前我国管理类专业学生教学的重点,同时也是为我国培养出综合性的应用人才所必不可少的工作。本文主要对于以工作过程系统化为导向的人力资源管理课程革新的意义、当前国内外的研究进展以及具体的实施方法进行了详细的论述。
