摘要
以职业技能竞赛的形式做专业教学的课程考核,不仅锻炼学生的操作技能,还能使学生在实景化的考场氛围中感受职业乐趣与职业尊严,增强学生学习职业技能的自信心。我校烹饪专业以职业技能竞赛形式进行专业教学考核的实践说明,以技能竞赛的形式进行专业教学考核在实践上是可行的,在考核体系设计上也是可操作的。
It is a good form that professional skills teaching is evaluated by the way of vocational skills competition. It not only exercises the operational skills of students, but also make the students feel vocational interest and dignity in the real atmosphere of the examination, strengthen their self-confidence about studying vocational skills. We made some exploration in cooking specialty. The fact shows the evaluation is operable in practice and feasible in design.
