高职工业过程自动化专业能力分析与课程体系构建

Ability Analysis and Curriculum System Construction of Higher Vocational College Industrial Process Automation Professional

智能控制技术给现代制造业和过程控制行业带来了重大变革。企业对人才的需求出现了变化,岗位职业能力也随之改变。本文对现代过程控制行业的岗位需求进行分析,在原有的岗位职业能力体系上进行改进,加入了"智能控制技术"方向。根据岗位职业能力,对工业过程自动化专业能力进行分析,归纳出了4个适应于现代过程控制行业人才需求的职业方向。根据这4个职业方向,给出了新的工业过程自动化技术专业课程体系架构。教学实践证明,改进后的课程体系架构是行之有效的。

Intelligent control technology has brought great changes to modern manufacturing and process control industries.Enterprises on the demand for talent has changed, the position of professional capacity has changed. In this paper, the analysis of the position of the modern process control industry, in the original post occupational ability system to improve, joined the 'intelligent control technology' direction. According to the position of professional ability, the professional ability of the industrial process automation analysis, summed up the 4 to adapt to the modern process control industry talent demand career direction. According to these 4 professional directions, the system architecture of the new industrial process automation technology is presented. Teaching practice has proved that the improved curriculum system is effective.
