教育实习是一种实践活动,是高师院校师范生培养的重要环节,是理论密切联系实际的一种方式。是实习生对幼教专业的一种理性审视过程。本文通过对我校2012级学前教育专业200多名实习生的实习日记进行搜集、归纳、整理,从实习日记的作用、内容和要求等方面阐述了如何指导实习生撰写实习日记,从而最大限度地发挥实习日记应有的功能和价值。

Education practice is a kind of practical activity, which is an important link of the training of normal university students. It is a kind of theory that is closely related to the practice. It's a kind of rational interns to preschool education examination. Based on our university level 2012 preschool education professional more than 200 interns internship diary to collect,induction, consolidation, from the diaries of practice teaching function, content and requirements of elaborated how to guide written by an intern practice diary, thus maximize play the function and value of practice diary should have.
