专业教师担任兼职班主任的利与弊——以江西服装学院为例

The Advantages and Disadvantages of Professional Teachers as Part Time Teacher in Charge of the Class——Take Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology as an example

随着江西服装学院升格成本科院校,学生人数不断增加,层次也由单一专科转变成本专科共存,从而促进了班主任队伍的不断扩大。为适应学校的发展,学校采用专业教师担任兼职班主任的管理模式。本文通过专、兼职二种班主任管理模式的对比,阐明专业教师担任兼职班主任工作是高校学生管理工作的必然趋势。

With Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology upgraded to undergraduate college, the increasing number of students,level by a single specialist transformation cost specialist coexist, so as to promote the teacher team continues to expand. In order to adapt to the development of the school, the school uses the professional teacher as the management mode of the parttime teacher in charge of the class. In this paper, through the comparison of two kinds of teacher management mode, it is the inevitable trend of college students' management.
