高职院校开放性实训室的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Open Practical Training Room in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,随着社会和经济的发展,企业对人才素质的要求越来越高,所以如何培养高素质的人才也成为社会各界人士广泛关注的问题。而开放性的实训室满足了培养高素质人才的要求,符合了培养应用型人才的基本方针,所以一个开放性的实训室对于培养应用型人才而言是至关重要的。本文首先简单介绍了开放性实训室的必要性,然后论述了实训室保证开放性的条件,以及对开放性实训室的实施对策提出了意见与建议。

At present, with the development of society and economy, the demand for talent quality is higher and higher, so how to cultivate high quality talents has become a widespread concern of all circles of the society. The opening of the training room to meet the requirements of high-quality talent, in accordance with the basic principles of cultivating practical talents, so an open laboratory is important to cultivate applied talents for. This paper first briefly introduces the necessity of open training room, and then discusses the training room to ensure the openness of the conditions, as well as the opening of the training room of the implementation of countermeasures and suggestions.
