摘要
民族地区高校辅导员队伍学缘地缘结构单一、学科专业结构不合理、师生比达不到国家要求比例配置、晋升途径窄等现状有较大普遍性,通过对右江民族医学院进行个案研究,透析民族地区高校辅导员队伍结构现状与存在问题的原因,进而提出优化其队伍结构的举措。
There are some problems with team construction of the university counselor in minority nationality areas such as unitary of the education related structure and geographic structure, irrationality structure of discipline, imbalance between the university counselors and students, and limited channel promotion. Through the case study of Youjiang Medical University, this paper firstly analyze the reason of the present situation and existing problems, then put forward to optimize the team structure.
