本文以我院近期开展的一项小班制、分层次、多途径、手拉手省级继续医学教育项目"妇科微创技术理论与实践学习班"为例,阐述了以提高临床实践能力为导向的继续医学教育模式改革的内容及其结果,此模式具有针对性强、持续性好、效果显著的特点,值得进一步推广。
