摘要 远程开放教育中教师专业化的发展可以更好地提升国家开放教育的服务价值,对于地市电大远程开放教育的教师专业性成长、开放教育的转型发展、构建教师个人发展和学校教师核心团队的建设等方面具有重要价值。本文笔者针对地市电大远程开放教育教师专业化发展的路径进行阐述,即远程开放教育教师培训模型的构建、远程开放教育教师的双师型培养、加强教师团队的精神面貌和团队合作的建设三方面,旨在能够很好地提升教学质量,推进高科技融合之下的教师专业化的要求和发展。 Open and distance education in Teachers' professional development can better improve the service value of open education in countries, for in open and distance education of TV University Teachers' professional growth of open education,transformation and development, build personal development of teachers and school teachers are the core of the team construction, and has important value. In this paper the author, TVU distance and open education teachers professional development path to carry on the elaboration, is open and distance education teacher training model construction, open and distance education teachers of double division type culture, strengthen the construction of teachers' team spirit and team cooperation, in order to well improve teaching quality, promote the requirement and development of teachers' Professionalization under the integration of high-tech.
