新时期高校教师思想政治观探析——以广州大学城青年教师为例

On the Ideological and Political Views of the University Teachers in the New Period——A case study of the young teachers in Guangzhou University Town

广东省的广州大学城,是本世纪初广东省政府顺应高等教育发展潮流,建立起来的一所众多高校聚集的大学城。其具有大学城应有的校园文化特点。本文以广州大学城青年教师为实例,就青年教师政治观的现状以及存在的问题展开论述。在实际中调查发现,广州大学城青年教师存在政治观冷漠等的不良现象,并在此基础上提出几点关于改善青年教师政治观的建议。

Guangzhou University town in Guangdong Province, is the beginning of this century, the government of Guangdong province to adapt to the development trend of higher education, the establishment of a large number of colleges and universities gathered in the city. It has the characteristics of campus culture of University City. This article takes the young teachers of Guangzhou University city as an example, discusses the present situation and the existing problems of the young teachers' political views. In fact, the survey found that young teachers in the city of Guangzhou University, there is a political view of the poor and other adverse phenomena, and on this basis, put forward some suggestions on improving the political views of young teachers.
