摘要
"食品资源循环与利用"是为食品科学与工程专业本科生开设的一门专业选修课。本文通过对该课程教学改革的探索,提出完善教学内容,改进教学模式,采用专题授课、利用多媒体技术与改革课程评价体系等措施,以达到促进学生专业水平与综合能力全面发展的最终目的。
Food resource circulation and utilization is one of the major elective courses for the students majored in Food Science & Technology at universities. Base on the exploration of teaching reform for courses, some suggestions, such as perfecting the teaching contents, improving the teaching mode, adopting special lectures, making use of multimedia technology and reforming the evaluation system were put forward so as to achieve the goal to promote the all-round development of their comprehensive quality.
