摘要 有限元数值模拟技术作为一种高效低成本的分析手段,被广泛应用于各工程领域,也是工科院校面向本科生开设的专业课之一。本文以锥齿轮精密冷摆辗成形有限元模拟为例,介绍了DEFORM-3D软件在"材料成型数值模拟"课程教学中的具体应用,使学生掌握了关键建模技术和数值分析方法,提高了解决实际工程问题的能力。 Finite element numerical simulation technology, as a kind of high efficiency and low cost analysis method, has been widely used in various engineering fields, and is also one of the professional courses for undergraduate students in engineering colleges. The bevel gear precision cold rotary forging forming finite element simulation as an example, introduces the software DEFORM-3D in the material molding numerical simulation 'teaching in the specific application, make students grasp the key modeling technology and the numerical analysis method, to improve the ability of solving practical engineering problems.
