实验室是实验教学及科研的重要场所,对学生能力的培养起着十分关键的作用。其建设和管理是目前高校实验教学和工作改革的重要内容。本文以苏州理工学院冶金与材料实验室为例,介绍了实验室开放管理、实验教学管理、固定资产管理规范化改革实践,探讨了实验室管理与教学过程中存在的问题和对策。

Laboratory is an important part of experimental teaching and scientific research, and it plays a key role in cultivating students' ability. Laboratory construction and management is an important part of the experimental teaching and work reform in Colleges and universities. As an example, this paper introduces the open laboratory management and experimental teaching management, fixed assets management practices of reform practice of Suzhou Science Institute of metallurgy and materials laboratory, discusses the problems and countermeasures existing in the process of teaching and management.
