摘要 新时期教育的发展任重而道远,反思传统的师生观,师生关系的特点是:师道尊严、教师主体、学生被动、缺乏尊重,这种不和谐的师生关系阻碍了教育的发展。为了推进教育的发展,师生关系的重建势在必行。新课程要求转变传统的教育方式,实现对话教学。而对话教学的实施,需要师生关系的和谐为基础,同时对话教学也促进了师生关系的融洽,二者息息相关、相辅相成。重新审视师生角色,对话教学下的师生关系是:尊重与信任、民主与平等、合作与对话、认可与欣赏。 By reflecting on the traditional view of teachers and students, the characteristics of teacher-student relationship are:the dignity of the teaching profession, teacher subject, students are passive, lack of respect, this kind of disharmonious teacherstudent relationship hindered the development of education. The new curriculum demands to change the traditional education mode, and realize the dialogue teaching. The implementation of dialogue teaching needs a harmonious relationship between teachers and students as the foundation, while the dialogue teaching has also promoted the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. The two are closely related. To re-examine the role of teachers and students, the relationship between teachers and students in the dialogue teaching is: respect and trust, democracy and equality, cooperation and dialogue, recognition and appreciation.
