随着社会环境的变化以及高校改革的不断深化,仅仅做好政治思想辅导和常规管理工作,已不能适应社会的需求。因此,新时期高校辅导员需要创新管理育人的理念,创新工作方法,寻求新的管理育人模式,以此满足学生全面发展的需要。

With the changes in the social environment and the deepening of the reform of universities, it can not meet the needs of society if we just do political and ideological guidance and routine management work. Therefore, college counselors need innovative management education philosophy, innovative methods of work, to seek new management education model, in order to meet the needs of students overall development of all-round development.
