摘要
为了响应《中国制造2025》纲领的号召,及时了解并适应市场和区域经济的发展,合理调整专业人才培养模式,对扬州地区电气类相关企业进行了人才需求情况调研。通过调研,找准了高等职业院校电气自动化技术专业人才的定位,总结了企业对于专业人才培养的意见建议,为后续人才培养方案的指定提供了可靠的依据和保障。
In response to the 'China Made 2025' program, understand and adapt to the development of regional economy and the market timely, reasonable adjustment of talent cultivation model in Yangzhou area, mechanical and electrical related enterprises in the talent demand for research. Through the investigation, to find out the location of Higher Occupation College of electrical automation technology professionals, summed up the enterprises for talents cultivation of opinions and suggestions,provide the basis and reliable guarantee for the subsequent training program specified.
