Discussion on the Continuing Education of Professional Talents in Mechanical Manufacturing

机械制造业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分。近些年来,随着科学技术的飞速发展,我国制造业已经取得了很大的进步,对人才的需求也有很大的改变,但现有的人才队伍仍不能满足其发展的需求。因此,在机械制造业人才队伍中开展继续教育,对于提高专业技术人员综合素质有着非常重要的意义。文章分析了我国机械制造业发展现状,并研究了人才培养模式中存在的问题和继续教育的重要性。

Machinery manufacturing industry is an important part of China's national economy. In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, China's manufacturing industry has made great progress, the talents need to have a great change, but the existing talent team still can not meet the needs of its development. Therefore, it is very important to carry out continuing education in the machinery manufacturing industry to improve the comprehensive quality of professional and technical personnel. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of China's machinery manufacturing industry,and studies the problems and the importance of continuing education in the mode of talent training.
