论奖学金综合测评对新疆高校学生教育管理的重要性——以新疆师范大学为例

On the Importance of the Comprehensive Evaluation of Scholarship for the Education and Management of College Students in Xinjiang——Take Xinjiang Normal University as an example

通过对高校奖学金定义、功能的分析总结,对照高校学生教育管理的目标发现二者共同指向培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。笔者探讨了新疆师范大学的奖学金评定办法中存在的问题以及对学生教育管理的影响,发现奖学金综合测评体系的建立有助于解决现行奖学金评定中存在的问题,并且有助于高校的学生教育管理,培养社会主义发展需要的人才。

Through the analysis of definition and function of university scholarship are summarized, the control of College Students' educational management target found two common point train socialist builders and successors. The author discusses the existing evaluation methods of the Xinjiang Normal University scholarship in question as well as the influence on students' education management, establish a comprehensive evaluation system of scholarship that helps to solve the existing problems in the evaluation of scholarship, and help college students education management, cultivating socialist development needs of talent.
