远程教育在我国有数十年的发展历史,现代远程教育教学质量逐渐成为人们关注的重点,教学质量已经成为现代远程教育发展的重要"生命动力",而要想实现教学质量的提高,建设一套教学质量管理体系是远程教育的当务之急,也是保障教学质量的重要手段。如何建设高效运转的教学质量管理体系,提高现代远程教育的教学水平,就要从教学质量管理内容、主体、方式这三个方面展开研究,分析当前我国远程教育教学质量的现状,根据具体的问题,尝试构建远程教育教学质量管理体系。
