摘要
随着社会的进步和教学改革的深入,基层教学组织作为高校教学实施的最主要的组织,其管理方式应重新审视教育教学的发展方向,尊重人才的成长规律,不断完善改革,适应国家、社会发展对人才培养质量提出的新要求。分析了新形势下基层教学组织建设存在的问题,提出了两个标准推进教风师德建设、三个抓手强化基层教学组织活动,从而增强基层教学组织活力,保障人才培养质量的全面提升。
With the development of society and the deepening of teaching reform, the grass-roots teaching organization is the most important teaching implementation organization, which should re-examine the education development direction, respect for the growth law of talents, constantly improve the reform, and adapt to the new requirements on the quality of talents of the development of country and society. The existing problems on the grass-roots teaching organization construction are analyzed,two standards to promote the teachers' morality are put forward, three activities of grassroots teaching organization of teaching are proposed, and then the vitality of grassroots teaching organization is enhanced to ensure the quality of students.?
