欠发达地区高等医学院校研究生创新能力培养对策分析

Countermeasure Analysis Postgraduates' Innovation Ability Training in Higher Medical Institutions of Developing Areas

采用简单随机抽样对126名欠发达地区医学研究生进行问卷调查,并用spss 21.0进行统计,通过此次调查分析研究生创新能力培养的现状和成因,提出几点提高研究生创新能力的对策,为高校研究生培养工作的开展提供可行性依据。

Sampling Investigate 126 postgraduates of higher medical institutions in underdeveloped areas, use SPSS 21.0 to add up, explore the current situation and reasons of postgraduates' innovation ability training through the investigation, put forward some countermeasures to improve innovation ability of graduate student, provide the feasibility basis of graduate education in institutions' work.
