摘要
试讲是幼师学生不可或缺的教育实训环节,是锻炼和提高幼师学生综合授课能力的重要途径。本文着重抓住幼师学生在试讲过程中出现的问题进行分析,并就有效改善幼师学生校内试讲活动的有效性从而大力提高幼师学生的从教能力,提出了相应的对策、建议。
The lecture is education training students indispensable, is an important way to train and improve students' comprehensive teaching ability.
