摘要
本文从数字档案信息流转速度、流转质量以及流转效益三个方面界定了数字档案生态链信息流转效率衡量指标,再次从节点信息素质、节点组合方式、档案馆数字化建设情况三个方面具体分析了其影响因素。
This paper defines the evaluation standards of digital archive ecology chain information flow and transformation efficiency from three aspects: the quality, the speed and the benefits of digital archive information flow and transformation.And it analysis the influence factors from the quality of the nodes, the combination form of the nodes, the digital construction level of digital archives.
