科学发展新视域下高校学生发展平台的构建

党的第十八届五中全会提出"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念,是科学发展的新理念。因此高校学生发展平台的构建必须在五大发展理念的指导下进行,本文阐释了五大发展理念的基本要求,以及提出高校学生发展平台构建必须依照的原则和构建路径。
