基于人才分类培养的高职学生职业生涯规划专家队伍研究

Research on the Professional Career Planning Expert Team of Higher Vocational College Students Based on the Talent Classification

为顺应高等教育大众化趋势,培养更多的优秀专业人才,部分高等职业院校探索开展了"分类培养"教育教学改革。分类培养是按照学生的职业生涯倾向、个人兴趣特长,以及专业所面向的职业岗位等因素,从横向维度对学生实施的培养方案,从而满足学生适应不同职业岗位发展及终身学习的需求。在高等职业院校开展的分类培养模式下,我们职业生涯规划教育的指导教师需要更加专业化。

In order to adapt to the trend of higher education popularization, to cultivate more excellent professional talents,some higher vocational colleges have been explored to carry out the teaching reform of 'classified training'. The classification is in accordance with the cultivation of student's occupation career tendency, personal interests, and professional oriented job occupation and other factors, from the horizontal dimension training program for the implementation of students, so as to meet the students' position to adapt to the different occupation development and lifelong learning needs. In the classified training mode of higher vocational colleges, we need to be more specialized in the guidance of career planning and education.
