摘要
骨干教师培训的目标是促进中小学教师队伍整体素质的全面发展,而教师的专业发展是一个持续的、动态的、终生学习的过程,需要有外部不断为其提供指导和服务。建立有效的后续跟踪指导是整个"国培计划"中必不可少的环节,可以进一步促使中小学骨干教师培训的效果更好地发挥引领、示范和辐射作用,促进中小学教师特别是农村教师队伍整体素质的专业发展。
