摘要 新媒体在信息获取、交流方式、聚合效应等方面都具有海量性与共享性、即时性与互动性、个性化与社群化等鲜明特征。新媒体环境下高校就业指导工作面临的主要问题:就业基础设备不完善;就业工作的阶段性;就业指导观念滞后;就业指导渠道单一;就业指导师资不强。新媒体环境下高校就业指导工作策略:搭建新媒体就业平台,实现信息一体化;转变就业指导工作观念,重构工作新思路;开展新媒体指导与服务,开拓工作新局面;加强就业指导队伍建设,打造工作新团队。 In the aspects of information acquisition, communication mode, aggregation effect, the new media has the characteristics of mass and sharing, instant and interactive, personalized and social. The main problems facing the university employment guidance under the new media environment: Employment infrastructure is not perfect; the stage of employment; employment guidance concept; employment guidance channels; employment guidance of teachers is not strong. Strategies of university employment guidance under the new media environment: build a new media platform for employment, to achieve information integration; transformation of employment guidance ideas, new ideas to carry out reconstruction work; new media guidance and services, develop new situation; strengthen the construction of employment guidance team, build new team work.
