摘要 关于人的全面发展问题,是唯物史观关注的核心问题。本文从人的需要、人的活动及其能力、人的社会关系、人的个性以及实现条件多维度阐述了马克思人的全面发展理论的基本内涵。并且从重视职业教育、以学生为本、组织多样活动、引导学生参与普遍交往、注重培养学生个性五个方面阐述了对我国当代职业教育的启示。 On the issue of the man's all-round development, is the core of historical materialism attention problems. This article from the needs of the people, human activities and their ability, social relationships, the person's personality as well as the realization conditions of multi-dimensional elaborated the Marx person's full scale development theory's basic connotation. This article also from the emphasis on vocational education, take the student as this, organize various activities, guides the student to participate in the general contact, pay attention to cultivate students' personality five aspects elaborated the person's full scale development theory enlightenment on contemporary vocational education in our country.
